Secondary Deployment Site
Puerto Aguadulce
FoilDock Panama's planned secondary facility — positioned on the Gulf of Panama to serve the Panama Canal vessel corridor.
Puerto Aguadulce
FoilDock Panama's planned secondary facility at Puerto Aguadulce provides strategic access to the Gulf of Panama and Panama Canal shipping corridor — the world's highest-density maritime traffic zone for large commercial vessels approaching end-of-life.
Puerto Aguadulce is located on the Gulf of Panama in Coclé Province, positioned to intercept the high-volume vessel traffic that transits the Panama Canal from both the Pacific and Atlantic corridors. The site's central Pacific position makes it ideally situated for post-transit vessel recycling — capturing vessels at the end of their final voyage through the canal.
This site represents FoilDock Panama's Phase 2 expansion strategy, building on the operational model established at Puerto Armuelles to create a networked, multi-site compliant recycling platform across Panama's Pacific coast.
FoilDock Panama's site selection strategy prioritises deep-water access, proximity to major shipping lanes, and alignment with Panama's industrial development zones — ensuring long-term operational viability and regulatory support.
